♡ What payment options do you accept? ​

I currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards.

♡ Can I get a price adjustment if I purchased before a new sale?  

There will be no price adjustments for any items that go on sale at a later date. Sorry, no exceptions :(

♡ How do I adjust my order? ​

​If you ordered a wrong size, input the wrong address, or notice any other mistakes regarding your order, please let me know as soon as possible and i'll do my best to adjust it for you! However, if your package has already been labeled as shipped and you received a shipping notification via e-mail, I can no longer amend the order.

Do you offer gift cards?

Not at this time!

♡ When will my order ship?

My usual turnaround is 3-5 business days (excludes weekends) from your order date. However, shipping times may be longer depending on season.

*Current Holiday 2023 shipping times for orders: Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for orders to process before receiving a shipping notification via e-mail. Orders must be placed by Sunday, December 10, 2023 to ensure Christmas delivery within the United States.

If you urgently need something by Christmas, please choose Priority Shipping and let me know in the notes section of your order and I'll try my absolute best to get your order to you in time.

Pre-orders on the other hand may take 3-6 weeks to ship due to manufacturing times.

If there is a hold up for any other reason, I will contact you via email and let you know. 

♡ Expected Delivery

Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for US orders to arrive and up to 4-8 weeks for International orders (sometimes longer).

♡ How do I track my order?

​Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Again, please allow up to 1-2 weeks for orders to process before receiving a shipping notification via e-mail. 

Following this, please allow 48 hours for the tracking to update on the USPS link provided.

*All stickers are shipped via First Class Envelopes, which means there's no tracking and it generally takes longer for it to ship (vs first class packages).

♡ Why does my package say delivered but I haven't received it?

Unfortunately, once I ship out your packages, it is beyond my personal control and in the hands of USPS. I am not liable for any lost packages once they are scanned by the USPS. Please reach out to your neighborhood post office in this situation.

 I would like to buy something but you appear to be out of stock - will you be restocking?

It varies. Some items will make a comeback while some do not. I will announce any restocks via my Instagram
